Guidelines for Reporting Live Births, Infant Deaths, Fetal Deaths & ITOPs

A new and improved Decision Tree, re-workedby the Birth Data Quality’s Fetal Death Subgroup, is now available. This flowchart is intended to help clinicians report the appropriate perinatal event byproviding a detailed definition of each event and delineating the sequence ofreporting.
