The Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division of Public Health is recruiting for a Vital Records Section Manager (State Registrar). In this position, you will serve as the State Registrar for the Wisconsin Vital Statistics System as defined in s.69.01 (25) and as manager of the State Vital Records Office/Vital Records Section within OHI. This position works closely with the Development & Technology Services and Data Strategy & Interoperability Sections to define required technical standards and infrastructure surrounding interoperability between the Wisconsin Application for Vital Events (WAVE) and other systems; the Health Analytics Section to produce vital statistics reports, visualizations, and appropriate data linkages; and with the Public Health Systems (PHS) Section to ensure proper data sharing, data linkages, and data transfer with public health applications managed within the PHS section.
