NAPHSIS (”we” or “us”) is a national non-profit organization, which recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and the individual’s right to privacy. NAPHSIS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. which outlines the types of information we collect, including information that you may provide when you visit NAPHSIS website(s) (collectively, the “Website”), how we use and protect it, and your choices regarding your personal data.

This policy does not apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Website.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed on certain areas of the Website where such user contributions are enabled, or transmitted to other users of the Website or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Website with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Update or cancel your account. If you have a member account on the Website, you can update your account or profile information by logging in to your account. You may also delete your account at any time by logging in to your account. Please note that any User Contributions you may have posted on the Website are not a part of your account and will not be deleted in response to your deletion of your account. Update your registration information. Update your registration for an event or a conference. If you have registered to attend a NAPHSIS event or a conference, you may correct or update your registration information by contacting us at hq@naphsis.org.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information but cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. As explained in the “Sharing Your Information” section of this policy, Naphsis may provide your personal information to conference sponsors, industry partners, or other attendees when you register to attend a Naphsis event or conference, or when you register as a member of Naphsis, and this may constitute a sale of your personal information under Nevada law. Changes to Privacy Policy:

Our Privacy Policy is periodically reviewed and amended as necessary, and may change as NAPHSIS updates its Website or related content and functionality, or as may be needed to comply with applicable law.
