  • Registration fees are based on your membership category.
  • Annual Meeting presenters for oral, poster and roundtable sessions are required to register for the meeting and pay all applicable registration fees.
  • Annual Meeting presenters and moderators for oral, poster, and roundtable sessions must register for the annual meeting and pay all applicable fees based on their membership type.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be emailed to meetings@naphsis.org by May 1. Your registration fees, less a $100 administrative fee will be refunded within 30 days following the meeting. NAPHSIS regrets that refunds will not be honored for cancellations received after the deadline or for No-Shows.
